Primaeval forest Mionší belongs to the most famous reservations in Beskydy and is one of the biggest primaeval forests in Czech republic. It is placed on the mountain ridge and its surrouding steep grades of mountain Úplaz (949,6 m) and Velká Polana (893 m), between villages Dolní Lomná and Horní Lomná, about 1 km eastern from middle of the Horní Lomná. This circle instructional trail is possible to be visited only by walk. We don´t recommend it for families with bassinets and people with movement problems. The difficulty of this trail is average with 10 stops by information desks, where you can get information about fauna and flora of this origin fir-beech beskydian primaeval forest, how does it work in natural forest, why is Mionší primaeval forest and about settlers of this area. This trail last about 3 ? 4 hours and even though it leads only on the border of Mionší, you will be for sure fascinated of local untouched nature.
