The city of Frýdek-Místek is very attractive for all types of sports enthusiasts. In summer there?s lots of hiking on a large number of trails in the Beskydy. In winter you can set off on skis downhill or cross-country. In the city itself you can go bowling, visit the indoor or outdoor Aquapark Olešná, climbing walls, go carts and for those into adrenaline sports like skateboarding, in-line skating or BMX, an area has been set up in the center of the city.
